Check-in instructions sent the same day are not ideal!!! A 24-36 hour advance notice would reduce stress!!! The location, while beautiful, could benefit from better signage for reaching it easily!!!

Had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was out of this world! You could pick from two plates and I went for the full English and granola, best decision ever, really fueled our adventures!

We enjoyed a lovely night in a cozy double room. The check-in was effortless, allowing us to arrive at our leisure. Plus, the café staff were incredibly welcoming, making snacks taste even better. Tip, Don't miss the breakfast offerings for a quick treat before exploring.

Chill country vibes with great breakfast

We had a peaceful night, loved walking around with the animals – even tried to win over a tup, no luck though! The breakfast was hands down the best we had during our trip. The room was comfy and clean, but the bathroom was a bit dated and could've smelled better. Nice outdoor picnic area too!

We had such a memorable time here! The breakfast was outstanding, especially the porridge and smashed avocado, and the cozy outside seating area was perfect for dinners under the stars. Exploring the farm animals added to the charm!

This was a wonderful stay, conveniently located for visiting attractions like Blenheim Palace. My room had fantastic views, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful night. I appreciated the ease of parking and the peaceful surroundings, perfect for a short getaway.

The B&B room in the Piggery was spacious and cozy. The breakfast was the best I've had in ages! I really enjoyed winding down with a walk around the peaceful property and soaking in the hot tub. I did wish for two extra duvets, but it didn’t really affect my stay – we were comfy enough without them. 😊

The bathroom had a bit of a unpleasant odor upon arrival, which overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom itself felt slightly cramped and dated, which might not sit well with everyone. the TV in the room was rather small and dated, not quite fitting for modern standards. It’s unfortunate that dining options lacked availability at night. after a long drive, grabbing a quick meal on-site would have been a welcome convenience.

my stay was absolutely wonderful! the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. my previous visit in charlbury was enjoyable, but this place truly exceeded all my expectations with its beautiful views and exceptional breakfast options.

Spacious room, superb breakfast, the spacious B&B room in the Piggery was perfect for our one night stay, and the superb breakfast served in a separate building was the best I've had in a long time.

It was just a great match for a brief sojourn in Charlbury with fantastic value. The breakfast service was friendly and attentive. Make sure to check your check-in instructions ahead of time.
